Welcome to my "How to Do Shiatsu Series"
i thought i would show you a basic shiatsu routine for working the back.... I actually came up with this basic routine last year when i was doing some intro days to shiatsu workshops. And at the time i did film a version of this for those who attended however i felt id like to remake it.
