Hi there!
A little while ago, I sat down and recorded myself studying for an hour. The finished video is not really 1h long but almost so I feel like that counts. I unfortunately had to cut some parts because of background noise etc.
The video is no talking (except for the beginning) and kind of quiet, so I don't think it's really good for falling asleep but maybe you can use it while YOU are studying!
I hope you like it, have a good night!
Enjoy! ❤️

What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine (also called ‘tingles’). It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. Those stimuli are referred to as ‘triggers’.
People watch ASMR to calm down and relax, to fall asleep, to focus or just because they like it.
