Hello and welcome to the Bothy Therapy Room.
This is where I treat clients each week to a range of therapies including Swiss Reflex, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Reiki and Kore Therapy.
Today you get to see the next instalment in my client Katie's Aromatherapy Massage. Last week you saw me treat her back, neck and shoulders and now I progress to the legs and feet.
I narrate as I go, as we no longer are obliged to wear masks so I can wear a head mic and talk to you as if you are in the room. I explain what I find, how I treat, and the techniques employed.
