ayooo new mic checkkkkk 💯🗣️ like I said in the video, I've always loved watching technology/filming equipment unboxings/reviews so it was so fun finally being able to do it myself!!
I didn't review the mic in the video because it was my first time trying it, but I would rate it hmmm... 7/10. A solid C 🫡 The audio was clear but it lacked richness and depth making it sound a bit sterile (which is not the goal for asmr we want cozy warm sounds!!). There was a good amount of sibilance, which made any 's' sounds hissy and harsh :/ Overall, this is a good mic for the price point and I am excited to make more videos with this mic 😇 Hopefully as my channel progresses, I can get better filming equipment 🫶🏻✨

what’s ASMR?
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is comparable to a cozy sensation evoked by specific sounds called ASMR triggers. These triggers range from auditory cues like whispering or tapping to visual stimuli such as gentle movements or close-up shots. While the ASMR experience varies from person to person, not everyone may experience the tingling sensation triggered by these stimuli. Nevertheless, many find ASMR content to be relaxing, calming, and enjoyable, sometimes even inducing sleepiness.
