ASMR for people with ADHD brain
I promised Valentina, a subscriber, to make an ASMR video for people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder based on my 0.1% video. Valentina told me that short length triggers are perfect for "her ADHD brain" so I thought I would try to make a new video with even more different sounds, all done shortly. Sometimes it's 10 seconds, sometimes 30 seconds. Sorry, 30 seconds might be a bit long for you!
