In this video I'm giving Quinten a lovely hand massage 💜 lots of finger pulling and "squeezing" . I use lotion and peppermint/sweet orange oil to massage into his hand. This will help hydrate his skin and help bring the feelings of joy and positivity, while feeling alert and refreshed.
