This is something I like to call Gratitude Therapy. I am by no means a therapist and I'm not sure if this technique has a proper name or not so I gave it my own. I was taught this technique in order to help me recenter, focus, and calm down when I'm anxious and/or overwhelmed. I thought I'd share it with you guys just in case anyone needed it! I hope you enjoy and I hope it helps!
