Easy Brunswick Stew
1 Medium Onion, Diced
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb BBQ
2 Cans Creamed Corn
2 Cans Green Beans
2 Cans Diced Potatoes
2 Cans Tomato Sauce
(all cans should be 14 oz)
1 Cup Sweet Baby Rays Original No Sugar BBQ Sauce
2 Cups Beef or Chicken Broth
In a large stock pot, sauté onions in 1 Tbs Olive Oil
Add ground beef and brown.
Add BBQ and remaining ingredients.
Stir well and let simmer for 1 hour.
Serve with cornbread and iced tea.
