Traditional Chinese foot pedicure using the ancient Yangzhou technique (扬州修脚) in Bangkok, Thailand! 🦶
The therapist started by soaking my feet in warm herbal water, then used a sharp blade to scrape away ALL the calluses, especially on my heels and next to my big toe from running. SO much dead skin was removed. He sanitized every tool with alcohol spray before using them and used new blades, very hygienic. Finally, he applied cream and gave a relaxing shorts foot massage to finish.
This traditional Chinese pedicure is completely different from regular pedicures, the blade scraping technique is incredibly satisfying to watch and leaves your feet baby soft!
