ASMR, Reiki and Sound Healing Meditation to Connect to your Guides and Feel Loved and Supported

This meditation will help you feel a sense of being held and supported in your body so you can heal your nervous system and trauma. You will also be able to connect to your guides and any other beings wishing to connect with you and receive their guidance. It will enable to heal within so you can change your external reality. This anniversary is dedicated to my dearest friends Erika Hastings (1976-2022) who passed away a year ago and who continues her incredible spiritual work in the ethereal realms. (This video includes some noises from inside my home lol that I would normally edit out or redo the video but in the spirit of embracing imperfection that Erika tried to teach me - she even made purposeful mistakes in her painting for me to help me with my perfectionism - I decided that this was meant to happen and am keeping it.
