What I'm eating this week was all purchased from Kroger or target. The brands don't really matter I was just hoping to give you all at least one new idea of something to eat or try!
Breakfast: Organic 100% Grape juice, Larabar or some other protein bar
Lunch: Chickpeas, Tikki Masala curry sauce, over rice (Heat the chickpeas and sauce together in a pan at a slow boil then let simmer)
Dinner: Spaghetti noodles, whatever type of milk you prefer, seasoning for chicken. (cook noodles, drain water, then add milk and seasoning sparingly until you create a creamy sauce that's evenly spread throughout the noodles.)
Snacks: Kiwi's or Peanut butter banana honey sandwiches
