As described in video listed above, this Reiki session is dedicated to projecting loving, supportive energy to ourselves at times in our lives when we needed it. It can be a truly life changing practice.
This video includes tapping, crystals, hand movements, glass sounds, water/liquid sounds, soft speaking, a little ear to ear, singing bowl, hand movements, and of course Reiki energy.
We've touched on this before and I've been asked about this a few times so I wanted to make a couple videos dedicated to the topic of sending love to yourself in the past, healing past pain or trauma, giving one a better sense of balance and stability.
