Hello my beautiful beanie babies, I'm really excited for you to join me today with this guided meditation to help quiet your mind. This can be used either to calm your mind as a sleep aid, or during the daytime to help center your thoughts.
We'll be doing a lot of mindful breath work throughout the session, but not just doing one thing over and over. We'll be looking at how many different aspects of the breath we can focus on, to help pull your attention from the chatter in your mind.
