I started making ASMR videos because of how much it helped me and continues to help me with relaxation and anxiety. When I had chronic insomnia during my adrenal burnout, ASMR literally kept me sane.
These days, I use ASMR on the days when I want to relax and the nights that I can't sleep because my mind is racing. I love the tingles that I feel, and the deep serene relaxation that lasts for hours.
