Hi everyone!
In this video, I'm simply helping you relax or even fall asleep by asking you to follow the light with your eyes. I will gently move the light around in this low-luminosity, almost no talking video.
The triggers you will encounter are: whispered instructions to follow and comforting words, hand movements and light triggers.
This video is overall focused on visual ASMR triggers, hope you enjoy!
