tonight I have my friend Cini over for a back, neck and tattoo tracing with some scalp tingles. Cini is an insanely talented jewellery designer, a creative inspiration with so much imagination and a beautiful soul inside and out. I am so grateful for her. The sound instrument I use at the beginning is a water element koshi. I love to use it for my meditations.
