Most people are terrible at guessing this. Same guy, different lighting? 5% difference. Add a pump? Another 3. Posture, muscle mass, where you personally store fat — all of it changes the read.
To give you a bit of background, the lighting isn’t great; I started training again six weeks ago after a two-month break; I eat healthily and walk an average of 8,000 steps a day. I’ve been weight training for 10 years, though I’m not aiming to compete in bodybuilding 💪
