Hey guys,
This video is heavily influenced by a video called 'Alexander technique lesson with Diana Devitt-Dawson'. I really love how calm and delicate she is with the posture fixing yet it's so informative and has put me to sleep many times. This video is quite niche and really is for anyone who enjoys focused personal attention, with more emphasis on how the personal attention is delivered especially if you like the video i mentioned above.
