Hey everyone, today I tried a Japanese hot volcanic sand bath in Bangkok, Thailand. This treatment was one of a kind, they first checked my blood pressure and then put me in the hot volcanic sand bath at 54 degrees Celsius. During the treatment they also did a 4 hand massage and a head massage which felt very relaxing!
