Todays video was v spontaneous... I often struggle with mornings, and yesterday was one of those mornings. But I really wanted to push through those inner demons and get up and make sure I was still taking care of myself - so I decided to grab my phone and start talking to you guys, because honestly you give me so much strength, you give me life and motivation, and everything is ten times easier when we do it together.
So maybe you might like to watch this in the morning too and let it give you strength 🤗 I want you to understand that you aren't alone. That if you face feelings of darkness in whatever form it takes for you, your feelings are valid - you aren't a failure, you are just a human being doing your best in this crazy world!
