I was inspired a while ago by someone who told me they used my videos to practice their eye contact. That stuck with me—so today, I’ve created a whole video focused on gentle, loving eye contact to help you feel seen, grounded, and connected.
We'll also have some personal attention triggers such as face brushing, reiki-style plucking, gentle hand movements, and affirmations. Today's session blends very soft speaking with whispering, and is all about being present with you.
