Hi! I love ASMR - as I'm sure you do too! This is a swirly sound assortment - wooden blocks and balls, fluffy mic scratching and blowing, some trash that I love the sound of, hand sounds, etc. It's honestly just me experimenting and figuring out how to make some of my all time favorite ASMR sounds. I think I did a pretty tingle-tastic job for a first timer, but let me know if you disagree! (Oh, and maybe hit like and subscribe so you can see more!) This is my premier video - never before seen ASMR lady, here for your tingly pleasure.
I'm still playing with recording settings, editing, etc. so I'd love feedback on all of that, as well as the content. I'm here to give brain buzzing tingles, so I want to learn from you all!
I use ASMR mostly for work - it helps me relax, block out distractions, and focus on work (usually, sometimes it's a distraction, but at least it's a relaxing distraction!) I've tried to use it for sleep, but I end up actually staying awake because I love to listen to it and can't help but watch. BUT, I hope my ASMR helps those of you who use it for sleep, just as much as it helps someone using it to just relax, zone out, destress, focus, or bring down some anxiety.
