ASMR micro-attention hair play on Katie / soft-spoken version (new microphones!)

Also related to nail health, I was routinely drinking powdered collagen every morning for years but noticed my nail strength deteriorating and have quit using the past couple weeks (I don't think it contributed to nail weakness but it wasn't helping). I have also been using dish washing gloves for dishes and anything cleaning related. I think less contact with water and chemicals is helping a lot!
