ASMR Back Massage - Upward Effleurage Technique
In this clip I demonstrate how to give an effleurage sweeping massage from the base of the spine, up centrally, then hooking around the shoulders and back down the sides of the back. This produces a wonderfully 'whole' feeling to the recipient, totally relaxing and works well as an introduction of the massage from therapist to client.
