Because my ASMR for Anxiety video received such a lovely, overwhelming response from all of you, I thought I'd make something similar. Just you and me, a cosy chair, a cup of hot tea, and a fluffy mic cover. I don't know how much I can do to help you, but I hope that I can at least take your mind away from some of that darkness for a little while, give you a little bit of comfort if you don't have that in your life right now, and make you feel just the smallest, tiniest bit less heavy in this big huge world.
If you like this one too, I might make more like this in the future! There's a few more topics like this that I have a fair bit of experience dealing with and would happily ramble about if it meant helping just one person.
