Today I visited Be Perfect in Bangkok for a 90-minute Deep Healing head spa session. The treatment started with the deep, grounding resonance of a Tibetan singing bowl and the quiet trickle of hourglass sound therapy to settle the mind. They poured hot oil for a deeply relaxing chest, head, neck, and shoulder massage that melted the tension right out of my muscles. My hair was washed twice, followed by a scalp massage using specialized tools and the cascade of the water ring. They also applied real, raw aloe vera directly onto my skin during the face massage, which felt incredibly cold and refreshing. We finished off with a soothing arm, hand, foot, and leg massage, plus nourishing masks for both my face and feet.
