I’m badly intoxicated, help (please read description)

I have food poisoning from a sandwich roll with pathe and a hotdog I was served in a charity event with the association I due my social service for (university credits), at https://www.ayelem.org .
I had that at 3 PM back in Monday 23rd and started reacting three hours later. It’s been getting worse.
Dexametasona is one of the shots I had on Tuesday morning. But started getting worse.
I don’t remember the name of the other shot but I got it last night.
I am interned in a Good hospital here in Mérida, but this will cost more than $1500. My mother is helping me with some but I’d like to ask you for your help.
