Summer ASMR
Poetry is like marmite, you love it or you hate it. I personally quite like some of the poems that aren't too long but they tell a real story. I know a lot of people with insmonia read poetry (or just read in general) before bed as a way f trying to unwind and forget the stresses of the day, before they go to sleep (hopefully with a clearer mind). Hopefully this video will help you to become really relaxed and to forget the outside world for a while.
