This week has been yet another doozy, and I, myself, have currently gotten over being sick, which leads to a less productive time in general.
That being said, it's very common for us to put so much pressure on ourselves to continuously hustle and be productive that we hardly give ourselves the time to regroup.
And even when we do find the time, we just end up feeling guilty for doing so.
Burnout is a real thing, people, and it's getting more and more collective, which adds to our already existent energy.
This video I'd like for you to just sit here however long you need, allow yourself the time to unwind for a wee bit (without beating yourself up over it) and let yourself be in the receival mode, friend! You deserve it. 🫶
