ASMR WHOLE Kore Therapy with Vanessa and Victoria
Today brings you the full kore therapy treatment given to me by Vanessa, my therapist friend in Oxford. Firstly we chat about what she may find when she checks me over, then Vanessa tests various muscle groups to start a conversation with my body. My subconscious will listen to which muscle tests I fail and pass, so that a 'shopping list' of corrections is built ready to start the healing process.
Vanessa then treats me to a full kore session including tuina massage, repatterning using my legs and arms to correct spinal and joint misalignments, together with a fabulous neck release and lots of qigong energy work.
