Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You are down on the lower levels of the hospital today that we don't speak about very often...... where we do the more controversial medical trials and experimentation. Don't let that worry you; you're in perfectly capable hands. Today you are participating in a study for a new treatment for depression. In this experimental trial, we will be addressing one of the common catalysts for depression: loneliness and loss. We're theorizing that if we remove the sensation of being alone, you may feel better and so we are arranging for you to never be alone. In fact, you may now enjoy a new symbiotic relationship with many little organisms that will be living in your scalp. Congratulations!! We hope you enjoy the new friendships that you will be forging soon.

Please be aware that this video is a role play intended for entertainment, relaxation, sleep aid and ASMR purposes. It is not meant to diagnose, treat, educate or accurately depict issues or illnesses or procedures. Many of the procedures are altered for ASMR purposes and because I'm not filming in an actual medical facility. (Some of them are completely fictional they just involve neat sounds.) Please consult your doctor or a reputable health care source if you have any health questions or concerns.

What is ASMR? ASMR is a tingling sensation often felt on the scalp, neck, shoulders and back, although you may feel tingles in other places as well! ASMR is triggered by different types of stimuli. It can be personal attention, gentle touch, hand movements, crinkling, tapping sounds... there are lots of different types of ASMR triggers and everyone is different when it comes to what triggers their ASMR!
