ASMR || Hair brushing and more for your relaxation 💆🏼‍♀️🧡

Lotta's ASMR
Publicado hace 4 años

Hi guys!
In this video, I'll be brushing, combing and ruffling through my hair with various tools. 💆🏼‍♀️🧡
I really enjoyed recording this video and editing it did make me quite sleepy so I hope you enjoy it! I kind of held back with the whispering in this one so you can focus on the sounds only.

Also, I did chop off 10cm of my hair just one day after recording this video so it's now slightly shorter (and I do have to cut it again to get rid of ALL the split ends).

I hope you like it, have a good night!

Enjoy! ❤️

What is ASMR?

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine (also called ‘tingles’). It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. Those stimuli are referred to as ‘triggers’.
People watch ASMR to calm down and relax, to fall asleep, to focus or just because they like it.
