Guided Sleep Relaxation Hypnosis ASMR
Hello dear friends, as I uploaded a German ASMR Sleep Relaxation video this week, now the English version follows.
In this video the important part is the audio, as this is supposed to be listend to when you try to fall asleep, with closed eyes. But maybe you are too awake at the beginning, so the visual part might help you to relax your eyes untill you can close them.
The cosy pony toy makes a lovely atmosephere and I'm doing slight handmovements to create a super relaxing mood. And I know many people love handmovements for tingels.

I personally also need to understand what someone is saying, so I know it's important to have this video in English, too.
