Hello beautiful people, today I have a hypnosis roleplay for you, where I will lead you on a guided meditation for deep sleep.
There are hypnotic hand movements, as well as camera tracking for visual relaxation (kind of like a very slow pendant haha), lots of deep breathing, and of course a nice soothing voice to bring you some calmness, and let you know that everything is going to be ok. 💕
