Verity is a student and on a work placement, so has come to me today with tense shoulders, fatigue and a desire to feel at ease. Indian Head Massage is perfect for feeling lighter physically and mentally, helping to clear the head, including headaches, while dealing with tight muscles and poor posture. Verity has an excellent posture, but studying long hours can lead to a rounded upper back, so this treatment today addresses the trapezius and spinal area to aid relaxation and therefore brings a feeling of ease. Part one focuses on the back and shoulders. Join us next week for the Indian Head Massage to the shoulders, neck and arms.
