This soft spoken ASMR sleep hypnosis will help you to reset your circadian rhythm and experience a deep and peaceful sleep. It uses a sunset visual to tap into an ancient and pre-programed cue for sleep. Hypnosis has been shown my research to be an effective remedy for insomnia. As this is an ASMR sleep hypnosis this video includes multi-sensory sleep triggers and an extended deep sleep soundscape.
This hypnosis is the equivalent of self-hypnosis because I am not there to guide you in person, so your role is as important as mine. Hypnosis and relaxation is a skill, so it needs to be developed overtime through consistent and regular practice. If you are coming to this video will high and/or chronic levels of stress/anxiety you may need to practice over a longer period of time in order to experience the full benefits of this approach.
