Today I give Jeremy a naturopathic treatment complete with pressure point work, back skin pulling, massage and cupping. I wanted to give him a session where he could truly relax while he was feeling low energy.
Fun Fact # 8 — Jeremy & I are officially on our “eat healthy so we feel good for the wedding” kick! It’s actually been very fun trying out new recipes instead of just having pizza 3x a week.
