ASMR｜Japanese green tea〝matcha〟 & Japanese sweets 〝wagashi〟🍵🌸

Since it is at home, I do not worry about the etiquette.
It is a very cute “wagashi” (Japanese confectionery) featuring cherry blossom patterned fresh confections wrapped in “cowhide”!
I love wagashi and matcha so much that I go to tea ceremony teachers and wagashi artisans to learn how to make matcha and nama-gashi.

The number of teachers, artisans and people who enjoy Matcha and Wagashi is decreasing in Japan, partly due to the rising cost of raw materials... 😢.
On the contrary, I heard that matcha is becoming popular overseas.

Please visit a wagashi shop when you come to Japan.
You may have different tastes in fresh sweets, but there are many beautiful looking sweets 💛.
