We will also do some shopping in the city, grab a bite to eat at a local restaurant🍝 before we head to class for our first day!~

It is best known for causing tingly sensations, relaxation and comfortable feelings.
Because of this, many people use ASMR as a way to help relax and soothe their minds and bodies before falling asleep. It can be used for meditation, and sound therapy and is a natural sleep aid. I watch ASMR every night to fall asleep - and several times throughout the day as a part of my self-care practice to keep my body, mind & spirit healthy and balanced.
