(~に)興味がある。= (〜に) kyoumi ga aru. = to be interested (in st).
(に)興味がない。= (〜に) kyoumi ga nai. = to NOT be interested (in st).
Interesting grammar note. As Yuukigami pointed out:
Hazukashii 恥ずかしい is an "i" keiyoushi (形容詞) which means it ends in an "i". The lady speaking appears to say
Hazukashii da ne./ 恥ずかしいだね。 but that is grammatically incorrect. She should have said
Hazukashii ne. / 恥ずかしいね.
I have played this back a dozen times and it sounds like the woman is saying DA NE. It might be a bad recording or the woman made a mistake. I guess we'll never know.
