I wanted to make a video to help motivate you to wake up in the morning. It's always a good idea to wake up nice and easy. We have to remember to start feeling good and smiling so that the rest of the day stays on a positive track. I hope this can serve as an alternative to an noisy alarm clock... Lol.
I know it may be a little unorthodox to have an ASMR video to help you wake up rather than go to sleep. Ha, hopefully it is successful. The morning time is one of the most crucial times of the day. It will dictate how your energy will flow and carry on throughout the day, so keep it lifted.
