Today in this ASMR video I use my own hands and make some asmr hand sounds no talking, asmr finger fluttering, asmr camera touching to clean your stress for sleep relaxation.
I hope you noticed that I changed the lights on the videos. I believe that this way you get more sleepy 😴
You will have really good hand sounds, with no talking asmr.
I really love this type of sound to sleep, or for concentration. A rhythmic sound. It makes me feel some "ecstasy" state.
