hi friends! I wanted to do another follow the light / satin gloves/hand movements combination video, and I really like how this turned out! I'm wearing my wrist length navy blue shiny satin gloves, and I've got my little pink flashlight and rose gold makeup brush. this is a slow and relaxing set of visual ASMR triggers to help you find calm and go to sleep! this video includes whispering and relaxation suggestions.
