Hey guys, I want to read you a poem that I wrote about depression, anxiety, PTSD and other mental illnesses. I wrote this while in another one of my depressive episodes but I am okay now. I have not made this video for sympathy. I just want to share this poem with you just in case there is someone out there that does relate to this and so that I can raise awareness of mental health.
