ASMR at home ABDOMINAL workout

This is an at home abdominal workout, it is quick and (relatively) easy. The workout breakdown will be written down below if you'd like to screenshot it, and try the workout.... lets work it out, work it out.

20 sec standard plank
10 sec side plank (both sides)
10 reps forearm plank with oblique twist
10 rep side plank with hip dip (both sides)
20 rep mountain climbers
30 sec flutter kicks
20 reverse crunches
10 crunches
repeat set if disired
