Join me for a serene ASMR Reiki Crystal Chakra Cleansing session. In this video, I'll guide you through a relaxing journey of chakra alignment and healing. Starting with gentle hand movements and mindful breaths, I'll use a variety of crystals for each chakra: clear quartz for the Crown, amethyst for the Third Eye, Lapis Lazuli for the Throat, rose quartz for the Heart, citrine for the Solar Plexus, carnelian for the Sacral, and smoky quartz for the Root. Each crystal will be accompanied by the drawing of the Chokurei symbol to amplify the energy. We'll conclude with a candle lighting to set the intention for your highest good, bringing relaxation, cleansing, and alignment.
