This LOADED "flat burrito" 🤣 changed my life!! It's incredibly filling, low cal and high in protein! Easy to bring to the office, travel or on a picnic :)
- RECIPE -
Ingredients:
- Joseph’s Lavish Flat Bread
- Yellow Mustard
- Ground chicken or lean turkey
- Bean veggie mix
- Red/Yellow bell peppers
- Onions
- Sliced tomatoes
- 0% fat Greek Yogurt (great substitute for sour cream!)
- spice it up!
Directions:
- Cut the Lavish Bread half way into the center.
- Use 4 quadrants for different toppings/textures.
- Spread mustard on flat bread
- Add chicken or lean ground turkey, Mixed Vegetables (I like "flavor fiesta" mix which contain black/white beans, broccoli).
- Top with sliced avocado, chopped tomatoes and green onions.
- Gently spread greek yogurt (acts/taste like sour cream) or 30g hummus.
- Spice it up!
Air-fry or panfry until golden brown or crispy.
