Hello my lovely humans, in today's ASMR guided meditation, we'll be focusing mostly on self love and self compassion. You can close your eyes if you'd like, or I'll be doing gentle hand movements throughout the session if you would like a visual trigger to calm and soothe you.

There will be a bit of pulling and plucking, as well as a bit of pendulum and deep breathing exercises at the beginning. I'll be softly speaking throughout, with a bit of whispering ear to ear.
