Quick description: this one is built around lights, but in a different way. Small flashlight moving through a black card full of tiny holes that turns the whole screen into something that looks like glitter falling in slow motion (honestly, one of the most hypnotic things, in my opinion). Then a selenite wand with light scanning through it, wooden comb light tracing making the most satisfying little sound, a pearl ring with the light moving in slow circles inside it, a focus exercise with a latex glove and shifting light that gives your eyes something specific and gentle to follow, scissors cutting through light and making it disappear, a light wand casting invisible spells from one side of the screen to the other, and lightsaber scanning with fluffy mic sounds. Everything here is designed to give your eyes a reason to stay open just long enough to let the rest of you fall asleep. Your eyes don't have to work here. They just get to follow the light.
