i actually unhooked the 3DIO from the (noisy) stand and while that did help me when editing, i didn't actually notice a difference in the sound....? i really put it in my lap... i thought there would be a difference in how it sounded wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww A for effort though!! i guess i did lean over a lot.... which may have defeated the purpose of being above you...........
